At Affirmed By Faith 31 , we offer a variety of products. Some items are custom-made and shipped directly by us, while other items may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers.
Please read the shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are created specifically for you.
Because these items require design, preparation, and production time, processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Most custom orders will be processed and shipped within:
5-10 business days (dependent on order size)
Once your custom order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Please make sure all personalization details, photos, names, spelling, dates, colors, and shipping information are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Dropshipped / Supplier-Fulfilled Items
Some items in our store are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers or manufacturers.
These items are not shipped directly by us and may have different processing times, shipping times, packaging, and delivery estimates.
Supplier-fulfilled items may ship separately from custom items or other products in your order.
Because these products are shipped by third-party suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes both custom items and supplier-fulfilled items, your products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You may receive more than one tracking number depending on how your items are fulfilled.
Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information, but once an order is with the shipping carrier or supplier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows that an order has been shipped or delivered, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:
- Your local post office or shipping carrier
- Neighbors or household members
- Your mailbox, porch, office, or package area

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email at:
