Returns on Eligible Items

Some items may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially created items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom photo items
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Digital downloads
  • Special request items

Because these products are created specifically for you, all sales are final once the order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us by email within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Used or opened items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer use or handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, please contact us by email and we will let you know what options are available.
